Samuel B. Haren

Partner

Sam Haren is a partner at Meade Neese & Barr LLP. He runs the firm’s appellate practice and drafts the bulk of the firm’s motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and responses thereto. Sam practices primarily in the area of business litigation, including breach of contract, corporate governance, and fraud suits and appeals.

Sam is a native of Central Texas. He began his career in the corporate-securities section of Andrews Kurth working on public offerings and corporate governance. After leaving Andrews Kurth, he practiced with the Texas Finance Commission in the enforcement of regulations on consumer creditors.

Sam has been in private civil litigation practice since 2009. He joined Meade & Neese as an associate in 2012, and was elevated to partner in 2018.
