Andrew K. Meade

Managing Partner

Andrew K. Meade is a true trial lawyer.

Andrew leads MNB’s trial practice. Andrew is a trial lawyer with over 20 years of experience representing clients in high-stakes business litigation and complex commercial disputes. Andrew has tried numerous cases to verdict or judgment, handling matters for multinational corporations as well as “bet-the-company” cases for small business owners.

Andrew has extensive business experience, which helps him to work closely with clients to develop strategies tailored to their business objectives and litigation goals.

After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center, Andrew clerked for the Honorable Judge Henry Politz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He then worked at a boutique litigation firm in Houston, before co-founding MNB in 2009.

Andrew has experience across sectors—including energy, technology, finance, real estate, healthcare, and securities. He represents clients in partnership disputes, securities and financial-sector litigation, energy disputes, ERISA matters, antitrust cases, and breach of contract claims. He combines his background in accounting and business with an aggressive and client-tailored approach to dispute resolution.

Originally from Alaska and raised in the cattle country of western Nebraska, Andrew previously served as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army and now enjoys coaching youth sports and traveling with his family.
