Leann Pinkerton

Partner

With over two decades of courtroom experience, Leann Pinkerton represents businesses in complex commercial, energy, and real estate disputes.

A Liberty, Texas native, Leann began her career as an employment attorney with Sadler & Sykes, LLP before expanding her practice at DeHay and Elliston LLP to include personal injury, toxic tort, products liability, and insurance defense litigation. In 2006, she moved in-house with Devon Energy Corporation, where she served as an energy litigator for the company’s Southern Division. After nearly a decade in the energy sector, Leann returned to private practice with Jones Gill LLP in 2014, handling a wide range of oil and gas litigation matters. She joined Meade & Neese in 2017.

Leann’s background gives her clients a valuable perspective: she has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, and she has served as both outside and in-house counsel. This versatility enables her to approach business disputes with a practical understanding of litigation strategy and business realities.
